The Customer Services Desk is on the upper mall in the Central Atrium near to the lifts. All our Customer Care Assistants are fully trained and are there to help. The Crystal Peaks Customer Services Line is 0114 251 0457

Public Toilets
Toilet facilities within Crystal Peaks are located on the Lower and East mall.

Changing Places Toilet
Our new Changing Places toilet includes an adjustable adult-sized changing bench, an electric hoist system, electric adjustable sink, a privacy screen and a non-slip floor. The facility is located on the East Mall near New Look. The toilet is accessible using a RADAR key or by visiting our customer services desk in the Central Atrium.
Family facilities
Dedicated parents rooms are situated next to the public toilets on the Lower and East Mall. Crystal Peaks shopping centre is a breast feeding friendly centre.
Mobility Aids
Professional Mobility offer a short-term low cost scooter and wheelchair hire service to facilitate access to the shops at Crystal Peaks.
Wheelchairs are available to borrow free of charge from the Customer Services desk in-centre.

There is a payphone located downstairs next to the toilets.
ATMs
There are a number of free to use cash machines located across the Centre including adjacent to the Customer Caredesk in the Central Atrium and opposite Greggs Cafe.
Photobooths
There are Photo Me booths located opposite Greggs Cafe and outside McDonald's on the lower level.
WiFi
Free customer wifi is available throughout the mall areas using our secure Airtight network. Either log-in using your Facebook or X log-ins or just provide a valid email address (terms and conditions apply).
