The Mane Event

Visitors to Crystal Peaks can take a walk on the wild side this summer! Adding to the fun for young followers of the Pride of Yorkshire trail, the centre's holiday activities will be lion themed. Every Friday from 24th to 28th August, 11am to 3pm, there will be an artist inspired ‘day’. 

The fun is for free. Here are the themes. 

24th July - Mindful Mane - calming activities including chalk board art, giant bubbles, family yoga & meditation sessions

31st July - Roaring Workshop - lion doodle wall, air-dry clay lion & headband crafts, a Lion Hunt

• Paw of the Pride Day - inspired by the Sheffield Children's Hospital therapy dogs & Liah Edwardes drawing classes
• Ladybird Heard - storytelling, bug hotel craft workshop
• Blaze - Teddy Bear first aid session, play Blaze Runner (a maze video game), try out classic emergency service uniforms
• Sheffield Street Art - be inspired & have a go!
